You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use this website. Catalog access and ordering require a registered, verified account and a completed researcher qualification.

Research-use restriction. All products listed on this site are offered solely for legitimate laboratory, academic, institutional, analytical, or identification research. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, dosing, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.

You agree to provide accurate account, qualification, contact, shipping, and order information; comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements; use qualified personnel and appropriate facilities; and prevent access by unauthorized persons. Wellovia Labs may decline, cancel, or request additional verification for any order.

Web authorization and electronic acknowledgment

By selecting an acceptance checkbox and submitting an account registration or order, you intentionally provide an electronic acknowledgment and authorize Wellovia Labs to retain the related date, account, qualification, order, and consent records. Your electronic action has the same effect as your written acknowledgment to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw from an unsubmitted order by leaving checkout; submitted orders are locked and must be addressed through support.

Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, record researcher qualifications, process orders, provide shipping and support, maintain inventory, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. This may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company or institution details, research field, addresses, security settings, product activity, order records, and communications.

Information is used only for website operation, security, customer service, fulfillment, compliance, and related business administration. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, email, shipping, security, or legal compliance, or when required by law. Account holders may contact support to request access or correction, subject to retention obligations.

When enabled, account and checkout pages load Google Maps Platform to provide optional address suggestions. Google receives technical request information, such as your IP address, and text entered into the address-search box. You may enter your address manually in the standard fields instead. Suggestions do not guarantee postal deliverability; please review the address before saving or ordering. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.

Shipping Policy

Orders are reviewed and processed manually after submission and payment confirmation. Shipping charges and estimated sales tax are displayed before final submission. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address accuracy, availability, regulatory review, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and reviewing the package promptly upon receipt. Report visible damage, an incorrect shipment, or missing items to support within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging and documentation for review.

Returns Policy

Do not return any product without written authorization from Wellovia Labs. Because research materials require documented storage, handling, and chain-of-custody controls, opened, used, reconstituted, temperature-compromised, or otherwise uncontrolled products are not eligible for return. Authorized returns must remain unopened, intact, and in the original packaging.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are evaluated after the relevant order and product documentation are reviewed. If Wellovia Labs confirms a fulfillment error, eligible damage, or another approved basis, the available remedy may be replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue resulted from our error. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Chargeback Policy

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support promptly with the order number and relevant details so the matter can be investigated. Initiating a payment dispute does not change the research-use restrictions, return eligibility, evidence requirements, or legal rights available to either party. Fraudulent payment disputes or false statements may result in account suspension and preservation of relevant transaction and delivery records.
